Julia and I were watching the signing/official kick off of Chavez' South American bank initiative. This even was held here in Buenos Aires and aired on TV. It was pretty uneventful except for the Kirchner speech. This was the first time I had ever heard the mad speak and you know what? ........He has a serious lisp. I mean, like, big time.
